Birthday Weekend: Part 1

Since my birthday is on Monday, and my party was on Saturday...mommy and daddy decided to celebrate my birthday ALL weekend! On Saturday we went to Classic Fun Center. They have inflatable toys to jump, climb and slide down. They have a "jungle" to clime through and games to play. It was a lot of fun. All my friends and family came and they made it such a special day. They really spoiled me this year. I had a Mickey Mouse cake but the frosting was the best part. After going through all the pictures that mommy and daddy took, I think I'm going to have mommy ask for a new camera! SO many blurry pictures, but I move too fast. I can't hold still. Mom will just have to take a class on how to use a special camera. She has time :)

Happy Halloween!

This year for Halloween I was Garfield. It makes sense because I was Odie a couple of years ago. I loved my costume this year and maybe if mommy stops being lazy, she will wear the Garfield costume grandma made her and we will have our pictures taken together! This was also my first year helping to carve the pumpkins. I made a kitty with mommy's help. I also helped mommy paint several pumpkins and squash. She is pretty creative but the pressure is on to do something different every year!

Fall Time with Daddy

Oh my gosh! How much fun is fall when the leaves drop?! Daddy raked up a pile of leaves for me to play in. I helped a little, but mostly I just ran around in them. There were a few times when he tried to bury me in them, but I got myself out. I wish it could be fall all the time.

The Pumpkin Train

I'm not even going to comment on how long it's been since mommy updated my blog! I went with grandpa again this year to Heber to ride the pumpkin train. I got to wear my costume, Garfield of course, and pick out some pumpkins for Halloween. It wasn't as fun as it was last year; they made the setup goofy and it was CROWDED! Like...don't ever do anything like this over a UEA weekend...ever! But I like riding the train and I like going to places like this with grandpa. It's the best.

First Day of School

Today was my first day at Rowland Hall. I'm in 2 PreK. It was a lot of fun. I got to play with sand and Playdoh and markers. All of which mommy usually never lets me play with. I got to meet all my new classmates and teachers. Miss Julie and Miss Alesa are really nice. Mommy even got to spend the whole class with me today. If every school day is like this, I'm going to love school. I'm going to spill the beans on mommy! If anyone is really observant, they will notice I"m wearing 3 different outfits. Mommy wasn't going to deal with trying to take my picture in the morning before school, so she took it the night before. Needless to say she took some anyway and I was better than she thought! And the other picture in front of the sign mommy took when we went to meet my teachers last week. The rest however ARE of my first day.

California: Part 3

On our second day of vacation we went to the Hotel del Coronado and Coronado Beach. This was my first time going to the beach and playing in the sand. At first I was not a fan of sand, but quickly got over that. It was so much fun. Mom brought stuff to build sand castles with and I got to look for seashells and yucky sand bugs. The water was awesome too. I played with dad so much in the waves. There was a lot of seaweed, but the sand was so pretty and white. I like that place a lot. I also think I might be a fish like mom. I love the water SO much!

California: Part 2

On our second day of vacation, mommy and daddy took me to Sea World. Oh my gosh...this place is great. There was a Sesame Street area where I could play and meet some of the characters. Elmo is my favorite and I got to meet him. Then of course the best show was Shamu. Daddy got me a bucket of popcorn to eat during the show and it was good, but I liked the souvenir bucket the best. I even got to have my picture taken with Shamu. It was a little scary, but mom and dad went with me. I got to see penguins, dolphins, sharks. There were so many animals. It was cool. Mommy got to ride some of the big rides and daddy didn't. So they were both happy. Other than being really really hot, it was a perfect day to hang out at the park.
